Since 2017, the Conference News 30underThirty scheme has celebrated outstanding young professionals in the conference and meetings industry. Recognising their exceptional talent, showcasing their achievements and rewarding their passion and creativity, each year 30 event professionals are enrolled into the initiative to support their development into the industry leaders of tomorrow.
Thank you for the overwhelming number of applications received in recent weeks. It has been fantastic to once again see the response from conference organisers, event agencies and associations, as well as the exceptional young talent that is prevalent in the conference and meetings industry.

The Awards Ceremony
Following the judging of all applications, the CN 30underThirty winners will receive an exclusive invitation to attend the CN30 Awards ceremony. At this event, they will meet their fellow classmates and receive their trophy. Attendees will also enjoy a three-course meal, live entertainment, and professional career photos.

The CN 30underThirty programme is a 12-month process that includes a variety of fantastic opportunities designed specifically to equip our CN30 winners with the skills, awareness, and confidence to become effective leaders within the Conference and Meetings industry.
