Recognising and supporting exceptional young talent from the conference and meetings industry, the CN 30underThirty is a programme filled with practical and experiential opportunities. Submissions are open until Friday, 16 January 2026
Since 2017, the Conference News 30underThirty scheme has celebrated the brightest young professionals in the conference and meetings industry. Each year, 30 exceptional event talents are recognised for their achievements, creativity, and passion, joining a community that supports their growth into the industry leaders of tomorrow.
Applications for the Class of 2026 are now LIVE! Don’t miss your chance to be part of this year’s cohort, submissions will close on Friday, 16 January.
Thank you for the overwhelming number of applications received in recent weeks. It has been fantastic to once again see the response from conference organisers, event agencies and associations, as well as the exceptional young talent that is prevalent in the conference and meetings industry.

The Awards Ceremony
Following the judging of all applications, the CN 30underThirty winners will receive an exclusive invitation to attend the CN30 Awards ceremony. At this event, they will meet their fellow classmates and receive their trophy. Attendees will also enjoy a three-course meal, live entertainment, and professional career photos.
The CN 30underThirty Programme
The CN 30underThirty programme is a 12-month process that includes a variety of fantastic opportunities designed specifically to equip our CN30 winners with the skills, awareness, and confidence to become effective leaders within the Conference and Meetings industry.
The programme's content is experiential and practical, with clear outcomes designed to ensure that our CN30 not only become uniquely skilled individuals, but they are also provided with a platform to promote their visions, values, and insights to push our industry forward.
