Over the past decade I have been responsible for over a hundred companies across every continent. And as I got to know each, I realised that when things go awry as they inevitably do from time-to-time, the problem was always the same. The problem, in some shape or form, was always leadership - and the only solution, better leadership.

Every day of our lives we experience the grind of bad leadership, it envelops us in its incompetent embrace. We need more better leaders everywhere and In 5 Golden Rules I confront our widely held preconceptions and misconceptions of who leaders are and what great leadership is. It is a manifesto for change, and one we can all begin to implement the minute we leave the room.

My motivating passion is to wipe away the bullshit that surrounds the subject of leadership – and in that act alone, make better leaders of us all.
