At 27 Jonny is Managing Director of Clownfish, a multi-million-pound events company. He joined at 18 and has worked across every part of the business.

In 2024, he ran sales and marketing single-handedly, generating £1M+ in additional revenue - an 86% year-on-year increase during an industry downturn.

Nine years after starting in the warehouse, he was unanimously voted MD by 22 colleagues.

In 2025, the business reached £2.86M and is targeting £4.5M in 2026.

Jonny is building scalable systems, investing in coaching and mentoring, and creating a culture where individual growth drives sustainable commercial success.
