Sophie is an event professional who has planned and managed a broad range of experiences throughout her career – from conferences and press showcases, to large-scale meetings and VIP engagements, across sectors including tech, retail, finance and pharmaceutical, in various corners of the globe.

Sophie joined Sledge in August 2022 as Project Manager, and leads on client projects from process and concept through to on the ground production and delivery and internal initiatives, such as her role as Values Champion, where she leads internal working groups as part of this.
