Roxana experienced an insight into events in college when she organised the graduation ceremony and prom. This led her to apply to study Events Management at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she graduated from in 2015. She worked at Assured Events for almost five years, before co-founding YourVision Events in 2020, having been made redundant due to the company closing down during the COVID pandemic. YVE has since grown to a core team of 7 staff members.
