I came into the industry with no experience, so I know how important mentoring is for your career development. I joined the Venue Find team in January 2023, and wanted to succeed from day one! I have been in my role for six months and have helped to organise seasonal customer events, arranged booker engagement sessions and promoted online adoption. I have also forged strong networks along the way! I’m so excited to join the 2023 cohort and the opportunities that it will bring. It’s amazing that my development has been recognised in this prestigious industry programme.
