Toni is the Training and Development Manager at Good Hotel London, a social impact business that reinvests its profit into people. At Good Hotel London they work with Newham Council to train unemployed locals into hospitality careers. Toni meets, train and prepare the Good Trainees, as they take their steps into sustainable employment. Each year they train 50 people who go on to work at Good or across other businesses in their network.
