I have had a lengthy career in marketing, working exclusively in agencies which I have built, merged, bought and sold. I have recently exited a PE-backed group which succesfully executed a buy and build strategy, buying ten agencies over a four year period and growing from two employees to 200+. I now advise agency managers and owners on their growth and exit strategies. I am a CIM Fellow and Fellow of the RSA. I am also a vlounteer mentor enrolled in the Government's 'Help to Grow' scheme.
