Executive Head Chef, Allianz Stadium

Started my career in South Africa before moving to the UK to expand my knowledge and experience. After years of working in hotels I moved into contract catering and more specifically Stadia. Through hard work and dedication to excellence, I have worked my way up from sous chef at Harlequins RFC to being the Executive Head Chef at Allianz Stadium running teams of up to 300 chefs, producing and serving 14 000 covers of Hospitality on a single match day.
