A former hotelier, Penny founded Noble Events in the UK in 2008 and opened the company’s Dubai Branch in 2015. She has 38 years experience in the Automotive & Events Industry, specialising in the Luxury Sector.

Her event experience incorporates everything from Conference and Incentive programmes to Global Training and Media Launches and B2C Customer events and activations globally. A stickler for detail, she always keeps a keen eye on quality both in service and delivery levels. Penny truly believes her team are the key to her success; and frequently states "you should always surround yourself by people who are as good as you, but preferably better".
