Laura is an esteemed event producer with a strong operational background gained through living and working in both the UK and Hong Kong, where she has led local, regional and international projects including press events, product launches and internal conferences.

She manages Sledge's project team, ensuring sustainability is considered at the very beginning, and that all projects are planned and delivered with respect to clients' goals, and leave a positive impact.

While sustainability forms part of all employees' roles, as Sledge's Sustainability Lead, Laura has played a pivotal role in embedding the agency's Sustainability Management System (SMS), which ensures sustainability best practice is integrated into the entire business.

Laura develops the tools and resources team members require to engage in client and supplier relations – which form part of Sledge's Operational Toolkit – and reviews and implements sustainability objectives, ensuring all actions uphold the agency's sustainability vision and wider sustainability strategy on an ongoing basis.
