Jade Hollins is the Managing Director of Disrupt Talent, which she co-founded with business partner Nicky Grogan, and Co-Founder of Disrupt Search alongside Robert Kenward. Together with Nicky, Jade also owns Disrupt Staffing, the group's dedicated event staffing division, the three businesses forming Disrupt Talent Group, built specifically for the events, exhibitions, and experiential industry.

With over 16 years' experience in recruitment and business development, Jade has built her career on strong client relationships and a clear ambition: to become the go-to recruitment partner for the events and exhibitions sector. Under her leadership, Disrupt Talent has grown from a founder-led start-up into a multi-division group, bringing permanent recruitment, executive search, and event staffing together under one roof, giving clients a single, trusted partner at every level of their business, from entry-level hires to boardroom appointments. Disrupt Talent prides itself on a 99% fill rate and an average time-to-hire of just 21 days, helping companies quickly secure the right talent for their teams.

That ambition extends to Disrupt Search, where Jade & Nicky work alongside Robert Kenward to deliver business-critical, senior leadership appointments across the sector. The division uses Fitability®, a proprietary process for assessing the compatibility and capability of every candidate, helping organisations build leadership teams designed to last, not just fill a vacancy.

Jade's approach is grounded in a genuine understanding of what drives people, she's a certified DISC practitioner with a background in performance coaching, but it's her drive to build something bigger for the industry that defines her today. She's focused on scaling Disrupt Talent Group's reach across the UK, bringing fresh talent into the sector, and shaping the future of talent in events and exhibitions.
