CN MASTERCLASS · BRAND EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS

The half-day clinic for brand and experiential events professionals

8 OCTOBER 2026 · TBA LONDON VENUE

The content pass gives you full access to the CN Masterclass programme — keynotes, panels, the Chatham House workshop and networking lunch — without the hosted delegate commitment of pre-arranged supplier meetings.

It's designed for anyone who wants the learning and peer discussion but doesn't have an active supplier brief to bring to the day, or simply prefers to network on their own terms.

What the content pass includes

  • Full programme access: keynotes, panels, workshop and networking lunch
  • No pre-arranged meetings or supplier schedule
  • Networking with in-house planners and suppliers throughout the day
  • Post-event report and key takeaways

Prefer a free hosted place? If you're an in-house brand or marketing events professional actively planning an activation in the next 12–18 months, you may qualify for a free hosted delegate place — which includes a pre-arranged schedule of supplier meetings matched to your requirements.

ABOUT THIS EDITION
Brand events and activations carry some of the highest creative expectations in marketing — bringing a brand to life in a physical space, justifying the spend against footfall and engagement, and keeping agency-led creative on brief and on budget.

This edition of the CN Masterclass brings together the people who commission and deliver these experiences — brand activations, product launches, pop-ups, sponsorship activations, trade show presence and roadshows — for a focused half-day of practical content, honest peer discussion, and pre-arranged supplier meetings. Everything under Chatham House rules.

DO YOU QUALIFY?

The CN Masterclass is a small, invitation-style event — deliberately limited to 25 delegates per edition. Every place is qualified to ensure the room is made up exclusively of active buyers: people with real briefs, real budgets and decisions to make in the near term. That's what makes the peer discussion valuable.

Brand, experiential or marketing events professional
You work in-house, managing or overseeing the delivery of brand experiences on behalf of your organisation — not as an agency or third-party supplier.

Decision-maker or budget holder for activations
You have direct influence over how activation budgets are spent and which suppliers and agencies are appointed — not someone who attends events but doesn't commission them.

Responsible for planning or delivering brand activations
Your role involves hands-on planning — briefing agencies and suppliers, managing logistics, or overseeing delivery of activations, launches, pop-ups or roadshows.

Planning a brand event or activation in the next 12-18 months
You have a live or upcoming brief. The supplier meetings are structured around active requirements — so delegates need to be in genuine planning mode, not just exploring.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Keynote & fireside
A practitioner-led keynote followed by a fireside conversation exploring real challenges in brand event and activation delivery.

Panel sessions
In-depth discussion with senior in-house brand and marketing planners on the briefs, budgets and supplier relationships shaping activations right now.

Workshop
A closed, Chatham House session where delegates work through a shared challenge. Honest, off-the-record and peer-led.

Pre-arranged supplier meetings
Pre-qualified one-to-ones with suppliers matched to your brief — scheduled in advance so there's no cold networking on the day.

Networking lunch
A sit-down lunch to continue conversations from the morning in a relaxed setting at The Minster Building.

Post-event report
A summary of the day's key insights and takeaways, sent to all attendees within two weeks of the event.
