CN MASTERCLASS · BRAND EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS

The half-day clinic for brand and experiential events professionals

8 OCTOBER 2026  ·  TBA LONDON VENUE

Hosted delegate places are free for qualifying in-house brand and marketing event professionals. In exchange, delegates commit to attending a small number of pre-arranged supplier meetings on the day — scheduled around their genuine, stated requirements.

How the meetings work

  • When you apply, you'll tell us about your upcoming activations and which services or suppliers you're actively looking for.

  • We match you with relevant suppliers from the sponsor pool — only categories that align with your actual requirements.

  • Your meeting schedule is confirmed ahead of the event — typically four 10-minute one-to-one meetings, built into your personal schedule.

ABOUT THIS EDITION
Brand events and activations carry some of the highest creative expectations in marketing — bringing a brand to life in a physical space, justifying the spend against footfall and engagement, and keeping agency-led creative on brief and on budget.

This edition of the CN Masterclass brings together the people who commission and deliver these experiences — brand activations, product launches, pop-ups, sponsorship activations, trade show presence and roadshows — for a focused half-day of practical content, honest peer discussion, and pre-arranged supplier meetings. Everything under Chatham House rules.

DO YOU QUALIFY?

The CN Masterclass is a small, invitation-style event — deliberately limited to 25 delegates per edition. Every place is qualified to ensure the room is made up exclusively of active buyers: people with real briefs, real budgets and decisions to make in the near term. That's what makes the peer discussion valuable, and what makes the supplier meetings worth attending.

Brand, experiential or marketing events professional
You work in-house, managing or overseeing the delivery of brand experiences on behalf of your organisation — not as an agency or third-party supplier.

Decision-maker or budget holder for activations
You have direct influence over how activation budgets are spent and which suppliers and agencies are appointed — not someone who attends events but doesn't commission them.

Responsible for planning or delivering brand activations
Your role involves hands-on planning — briefing agencies and suppliers, managing logistics, or overseeing delivery of activations, launches, pop-ups or roadshows.

Planning a brand event or activation in the next 12–18 months
You have a live or upcoming brief. The supplier meetings are structured around active requirements — so delegates need to be in genuine planning mode, not just exploring.
