The 2020 CN Agency Awards took place in March 2020. The theme of the 2020 event was the Great Gatsby and 'the Roaring 20's. This included 1920 styled dancers, acrobatic entertainment, alongside guests who participated in the glamorous dress code and Charleston dance class.

Guests attend a drinks reception at the ODEON before being welcomes to Cafe De Paris, where CN's editorial director Martin Fullard took to the stage to give out the Pioneer Award to Dale Parmenter.

Attendees then sat down for a three-course meal and where presented with a show-stopping performance from Sorcher Productions before the rest of the awards. The celebrations then moved to the Maddox Club, where guests received a complementary glass of champaign upon arrival.
